EXPERIENCE:
Lynne Nadeau is a Certified Legal Assistant with over 150 days in trial publishing graphic evidence and argument to the fact finder using trial presentation technology and over 30 days assisting counsel in arbitration and mediation.  She has a broad range of experience in civil litigation, construction defect litigation, eminent domain, insurance defense, business organization and management, real estate transactions, family law and criminal law.

Ms. Nadeau specializes in litigation and trial including the creation of demonstrative exhibits; presentation of evidence and exhibits using the latest graphic and digital production techniques and technology to provide dynamic visual presentations at trial.  She assists lawyers at trial including voir dire during jury selection; monitoring of exhibits offered, published or admitted in evidence; and jury polling following verdict.

Trial experience includes the preparation of the last 100 days before trial calendar; supplemental discovery requests; exchange of expert witness information demands and responses; Section 998 offers to compromise; trial subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum including any necessary notices to consumer and on-call letters; stipulations of amenable facts; memorandum of contentions of fact and law; notices of the portions of depositions marked, countermarked or objected to; joint statements of the case for the jury; joint lists of controverted issues; statements of compliance; final pretrial conference orders; jury instructions and special verdict forms; trial exhibits and notebooks; and preparation of witnesses for trial. 

Other litigation experience includes draft pleadings and other documents; legal research; public records research; draft discovery requests and responses; summarize deposition transcripts and discovery responses; coordinate and manage document productions; database development and management; locate and interview witnesses; organize pleadings; assist in preparation of clients and witnesses for deposition; and assist lawyers at arbitration and mediation.
